Do I need an official valuation report (Verkehrswertgutachten)?

Generally not for a sale. A legally binding report is only required in special cases, such as inheritance disputes or divorces.

What documents do you need?

Helpful documents include the floor plan (Grundriss), declaration of division (Teilungserklärung), latest minutes of the owners' meeting, economic plan (Wirtschaftsplan), and energy performance certificate (Energieausweis). We will obtain any missing documents together.
