Contact by WhatsApp, phone and email
If you write to us on WhatsApp, your message and phone number are transmitted by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. and stored by us to handle your enquiry. If you contact us by email, we store your email address and the content of your message. The legal basis is in each case Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Please do not send sensitive documents via WhatsApp.
Customer account
If you create an account, we store your name, email address, an encrypted password and the details you enter about your property and your enquiry. The data is stored in a database in the EU and used only to handle your sale. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You can request deletion at any time.
Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies for signing in to your customer account and for remembering your chosen language. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
Web analytics
We use Vercel Analytics in a configuration without cookies and without storing personal data. Only aggregated page views and device categories are collected.
