If you own the space, we sell the commercial unit to owner-occupiers or investors. If you are the leaseholder, we arrange the takeover of inventory, licence, and lease agreement against a transfer fee – in coordination with the landlord.

A public sale unsettles guests, staff, and suppliers. We approach successors and buyers discreetly and confidentially, and organise viewings outside of opening hours.

Everything Necessary Checked

Catering licence (Gaststättenerlaubnis), usage permit, ventilation and fire protection requirements, outdoor areas, grandfathering (Bestandsschutz) – we review the documents so that the buyer can take over securely and without delays.
